Inflow Communications Earns ShoreTel(R) Certified Gold Champion Partner Status

Portland, OR, Dec 06, 2012 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Inflow Communications, a leading provider of ShoreTel(R) VoIP business phone systems with integrated Unified Communications, was recently named a Gold Champion Reselling Partner by ShoreTel(R), Inc.

The Gold Champion Partner level is the highest partner level awarded by ShoreTel(R), and comes as a result of Inflow Communication's ongoing dedication to superior customer service, follow-up support for ShoreTel(R) VoIP phone systems with Unified Communications integration, and successful sales track record. Inflow has operated as a ShoreTel(R) reselling partner since 2005.

"2012 has been a banner year for us at Inflow," says Travis Dillard, President at Inflow Communications. "Focusing on our customers, we designed our sales process to make sure businesses get the precise tools needed to provide them with real cost savings and to improve their collaboration. This single-minded focus on the customer has received great response, giving us the opportunity to expand our services as a result." The expansion came in November 2012 when Inflow Communications acquired San Francisco VoIP provider Ketchum Integration. The new office joined Inflow's two other VoIP business phone systems and Unified Communications offices in Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon.

"Our value lies in our staff's technical knowledge and customer service training as well as our internal support team organization," notes Dillard. "We employ the most tier-3 ShoreTel(R) support engineers in the area, and we make sure all our customers in Seattle, Portland and San Francisco have immediate access when they need it." This ongoing dedication has paid off with the new expansion, and the company has also received recognition this year with ShoreTel(R)'s Outstanding Customer Achievement Award as well as being named to the Top 30 list of ShoreTel(R) providers around the globe last month.

Robust Enterprise Grade WebRTC Systems and Services

The emerging WebRTC standard has become one of the industry's hottest topics – and with good reason. Being able to "communications enable the web" has Communications Service Providers as well as Enterprises busily making plans for deployment. But, as these plans unfold, reality is starting to intrude on those plans. Our expectations of telephony services are much higher than web browsing. We expect the phone to connect instantly, operate with minimal disruption, and work seamless across any network, anywhere, at any time. There is also an understanding that phone service is inherently secure. With WebRTC, the expectation is for these applications to behave in the same manner.

This session looks at the user experience and expectations of a WebRTC Enterprise service. It will also cover how a WebRTC enterprise handles security, reliability, and interoperability within browsers and networks.
