TopGolf Hires New Director of Talent Management Deslyn Douglas

Douglas is responsible for ensuring that TopGolf attracts top talent by offering a fun-loving culture, a wide range of career development opportunities and competitive benefits.

Prior to joining TopGolf, Deslyn served as GameStop's Manager of Talent Management for 6,650 stores in 15 countries. She also previously worked at EarthLink, Accenture and The Music Network, where she specialized in organizational development and effectiveness, training and development, employee communications, change management, succession planning and more.

"TopGolf is experiencing remarkable growth; and we hire approximately 300 TopGolf associates at each new facility we open," said TopGolf Chief Operating Officer Neil Allen. "In this role, Deslyn will help ensure that we hire the right people for the right positions and then develop and retain that talent. With her help, we intend to make TopGolf 'the' place to work in every city we serve." Douglas earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of South Florida and her Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University. She will work at TopGolf's corporate headquarters in Dallas.
