BUYINS.NET: Market Maker Surveillance Report. MO, NUAN, RDN, ATVI, HST, FNMA, Highest Net Sell Volume and Negative Price Friction For Thursday, May 9th 2013

(M2 PressWIRE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) BUYINS.NET / www.buyins.net, announced today its proprietary Market Maker Friction Factor Report for Thursday. Since October 2008 market makers are now required to be on the bid as much as they are on the offer and for like amounts of stock. This Fair Market Making Requirement is designed to prevent market makers from manipulating stock prices. On Thursday there were 3945 companies with "abnormal" market making, 2110 companies with positive Friction Factors and 3059 companies with negative Friction Factors. Here is a list of the top companies with the highest net sell volume on Thursday and lowest negative price Friction (bearish). This means that there was more selling than buying in the stocks and their stock prices dropped faster with less Friction. Altria Group Inc (NYSE:MO), Nuance Communications Inc (NASDAQ:NUAN), Radian Group Inc (NYSE:RDN), Activision Blizzard Inc (NASDAQ:ATVI), Host Hotels and Resorts Inc (NYSE:HST), Federal National Mortgage Association (OTC:FNMA). Market Maker Friction Factor is shown in the chart below: Symbol Change Percent Buy Volume Buy %% Sell Volume Sell %% Net Volume Friction MO $-0.170 -0.47% 1,722,170 23.81% 3,816,044 52.76% -2,093,874 -123,169 NUAN $-0.290 -1.51% 4,093,114 43.19% 5,364,484 56.60% -1,271,370 -43,840 RDN $-0.040 -0.31% 2,300,987 27.94% 3,944,301 47.90% -1,643,314 -410,829 ATVI $-0.870 -5.70% 8,575,570 45.45% 10,078,985 53.42% -1,503,415 -17,281 HST $-0.120 -0.62% 1,260,586 20.21% 2,776,795 44.51% -1,516,209 -126,351 FNMA $-0.031 -3.44% 36,060,323 48.12% 38,403,998 51.24% -2,343,675 -756,024 Analysis of the Friction Factor chart above shows that each of the six stocks mentioned above have low price friction combined with more selling than buying (negative Net Volume) in their stocks. The Friction Factor displays how many more shares of buying than selling are required to move a stock higher by one cent or how many more shares of selling than buying moves a stock lower by 1 cent.

For example, the chart above shows MO down $-0.17000 with a Friction Factor of -123,169 and a Net Volume of -2,093,874. That means that it takes 123,169 more shares of selling than buying to drop MO by one penny. On Monday the Market Makers allowed the stock to move down on heavier selling than buying (low negative friction).

Robust Enterprise Grade WebRTC Systems and Services

The emerging WebRTC standard has become one of the industry's hottest topics – and with good reason. Being able to "communications enable the web" has Communications Service Providers as well as Enterprises busily making plans for deployment. But, as these plans unfold, reality is starting to intrude on those plans. Our expectations of telephony services are much higher than web browsing. We expect the phone to connect instantly, operate with minimal disruption, and work seamless across any network, anywhere, at any time. There is also an understanding that phone service is inherently secure. With WebRTC, the expectation is for these applications to behave in the same manner.

This session looks at the user experience and expectations of a WebRTC Enterprise service. It will also cover how a WebRTC enterprise handles security, reliability, and interoperability within browsers and networks.

ORACLE COMMUNICATIONS WEBRTC SESSION CONTROLLER SOLUTION

Communication Service Provider (CSP) voice service revenues continue to face pressure due to shifts in communication preferences and competition from non-traditional service providers.
