Dave Phillips Joins CafeX as Managing Director for EMEA and Asia-Pacific Regions
CafeX Communications, a leading provider of real-time engagement solutions for mobile and web platforms, has hired Dave Phillips to spearhead sales and business development activities in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific Region.

CafeX provides real-time omnichannel customer engagement solutions for many of the top Global 2000 companies in finance, insurance, healthcare and other industries. As the company looks to increase its presence even further, Phillips will bring his extensive experience in customer related services to make this possible.
According to CafeX, as the managing director he will be overseeing its aggressive go-to-market initiatives, as well as sales, business development, marketing, and channel and partner recruitment. His duties will also include representing the company at major industry trade shows around the world.
Prior to this position, Phillips was with Avaya for 10 years working on different technologies and CRM initiatives for the company. He played an important role in developing and marketing Avaya’s successful customer experience solutions in Europe, which helped the company transform its customer experience initiatives.
